Kerri Calcador, Attorney

With over 30 years of experience in asylum law, I have served as a prosecuting attorney, a defense attorney, and most recently as an immigration judge.

I have a unique and privileged perspective on what adjudicators look for in asylum cases. Unlike notaries or so-called unlicensed preparers, as a judge I made critical decisions on asylum applications for over nine years, which means I understand the legal details and nuances that can determine the success or failure of a case.

I offer expert and professional advice to asylum seekers throughout the United States. I craft each application with precision, ensuring it fully complies with legal requirements to give you the best chance of success, all at a fair and transparent price.

I offer comprehensive support to individuals seeking asylum in the United States, which means I also review and revise previously submitted applications to correct deficiencies, strengthen the applicant's claims to fully explain the specific threats to their safety if returned to their home country, and help prevent dismissals based on an initial lack of approval.

Finally, I provide guidance and preparation to asylum seekers before their interviews with USCIS or their appearance in immigration court, helping them present their cases clearly and confidently.

Our team of dedicated professionals is at your service. Helping you find security.

“Our experienced team is committed to supporting you every step of the way and driving your success with dedication and confidence.”

Amanda Ceja

Hello! I'm Amanda Ceja, a certified Spanish legal interpreter with over 20 years of experience in immigration courts and various state courts.

I am deeply committed to advocating for the immigrant community, ensuring that every person can speak up and exercise their rights during the complex immigration process.

I work hard to provide clear and reliable communication at every stage—whether in court, during interviews, or while preparing documents—ensuring that every detail is understood and protected.

I also strive to protect my clients from fraudulent preparers who seek to take advantage of their vulnerability, always providing honesty, experience, and guidance so that no one is deceived.

I firmly believe that every person deserves to be heard. My job isn't just to interpret words, but to empower each client to confront the system with confidence, dignity, and the support they deserve.

Marian

Hello! My name is Marian, and I'm a Mexican-American originally from California. The daughter of immigrants, I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2023 with a BA in Sociology.

Since then, I have had the privilege of working as an immigration paralegal in both California and Colorado.

These experiences not only strengthened my skills but also deepened my passion for helping individuals and families navigate the immigration process.

As a bilingual professional, I've been able to connect with clients on a more personal level and better understand their needs. Being a first-generation Mexican-American has also given me a unique perspective on the challenges many immigrant families face.

Both personally and professionally, I have experienced firsthand the complexities of immigration law, which has inspired me to pursue a career as an attorney.

I look forward to continuing to advance in this field and leveraging my experience to effectively advocate for others.
